To request repairs, email support@ruggedsa.co.za, and they will assist you with After Sales Support.
Repair Duration
Normally, repairs take about 10 business days from the date Rugged SA receives the faulty product.
- Possible Extensions: Repair time may be longer under these conditions:
- Unavailability of spare parts.
- Lock code or security pattern not deactivated/provided.
- Unable to contact you for additional information on product faults.
- Unforeseen software issues.
- Products needing additional testing/inspection (e.g. battery life issues).
Workmanship Warranty
Repairs done through Rugged SA come with a 3-month workmanship warranty. In simpler terms, if you have your product repaired by Rugged SA, and within three months, you encounter issues related to how the repair was done (for example, if the repair itself was faulty or caused new problems), they will fix it at no additional cost during that three-month period. It’s a warranty that covers the quality of their repair work for a specific duration.
